Hello!

Welcome to the Covington 5k website. Our 4th “official” Covington 5k Run/Walk will be Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 8am.  This event is organized by The Friends of the Circle Trail.  Mission: “Helping to Promote a Healthy Community.”

All proceeds will be given for maintenance and future development of the Covington Circle Trail and benefiting the Covington Buddy Bag Program. If you are unable to participate but would like to contribute please visit the Covington Community Foundation website.

Registration for the Covington 5k Run/Walk begins now and lasts until May 18th.  You can register online (PayPal) or pick up an application at the Covington High School, Covington IGA or all the Fountain Trust Company locations.  Please make your checks payable to “Covington 5K.”

The cost to participate if registered on or before May 28th is $18.00 per person.  A Covington 5k Run/Walk t-shirt will be guaranteed for all registrations prior to May 18th.
To register on the day of the event is $20.00 per person and MUST be paid in cash.

*Official finishing times will be kept by Race Time.

KIDS FUN RUN
Immediately following the 5k Run/Walk there will be a short “Fun Run” for children. The “Fun Run” is free and we invite all children to participate.
